Errors: RDK03030, XRE-10007, RDK-03033

Errors: RDK03030, XRE-10007, RDK-03033

Since 10/13, everyday I have gotten one of the 3 errors:RDK03030, XRE-10007, RDK-03033, this is only on my receiver box.  I called today and the rep resent a signal and it appears to be ok.  However, if this happens again she told me to swipe out the box? Is this true? I just want to be sure it be the box and not a technical issue.  Also, what do you bring when you exchange the box? Just the box and remote?  Also the box has been running slow and I have to hit the button a few times for hit to pick up the request, I replaced the batteries, could it be the box?

call 800-Comcast and select Cable TV. Ask the representative to run the Internet Troubleshooting Guide Einstein ITG

Of course Wendy, and I apologize for the inconvenience. I have you set for this Sunday the 22nd from 8AM-10AM with notes to make sure they have an extra box. Normally the technicians carry extra boxes with them, so that won't be an issue. Also, I will park this conversation under me so I can follow up with you on Sunday to see how everything went.
