Sorry you're having trouble. There is a limit of 400 devices on each account. You hit that limit. I'll "deprovision" your devices.  

 

To help prevent this in the future, please ensure that you don't delete cookies which will force you to sign in each time you visit and, ultimately, lead to this issue.

Error xacsa.provision.11700: Error

I am getting the "(Error xacsa.provision.11700: Error)" on my Xfinity account too.  Customer Support told me to delete the cookies and then had to escalate ticket to next level of technical support since his troubleshooting didn't work.  Still haven't received a call back or resolution to this error. on my account.
