Error playing video ERROR 525|3222

Everytime I try to play certain episodes of BIG LOVE an Error message appears on the screen saying delete your cookies and cache.. I've done that on my computer as far back as the option of "the beginning of time". It still does not work.Everytime I call the help center they refer me to another 1-800 number, and honestly I'm REALLY tired of calling and speaking to an automated service. Can someone PLEASE help me.

What specific episodes are you referring to?
