Error on XFINITY TV app

I can watch live TV on all our devices except, for the last week, cannot get channel 844 MASN 2. Keeps saying "unhandled error". What is up with this? Same issue on all of our devices. Only this channel. Can get on tv but no devices

I also talked to someone in tech support. They couldn't solve and said they would send the issue to tier 2 support and I should hear something back in 24-48 hours. Been 6 days and nothing.
