Error message when trying to connect to Xfinity Share

I downloaded the Xfinity Share app on my iPhone 6 (plus), but when I enter my login credentials I keep getting a generic "Ran into a problem connecting..." (Error 11003).  I have the X1 service at home, and the other mobile apps seem to be working just fine.  One of my colleagues at the office (who also has X1 service) installed the app and is able to login and connect, so I believe the service is working here.  Of course calling into phone support is a huge waste of time (not to mention frustration).  I've tried un-installing and reinstalling the app, same issue.  I know the password is correct (different error when the credentials don't match).  Can anyone help?  Thanks!
