Error message 6002

Error message 6002

I get the message below when trying to view movies mostly from BBC America. Does anybody know what it means?

 

 

This video cannot be played.

Sorry, this video is currently unavailable. (Error 6002)

This has happened on EVERY show on BBCA  I watch.  These include White Chapel, Law and Order (UK), and Torchwood.  I have cleaned out my history and cache, but that doesn't help. I'm including a screen shot of the error code I got today. 

I tried to send a screen shot, but apparently your editor sees my screenshot as containing a bad word. The message is

 

This video cannot be played

Sorry this video is currently unavailable.  (Error 6002)

This popped up in the middle of the video.  I really need this fixed as I watch quite a bit of videos streaming on my laptop.

Please try completely uninstalling then reinstalling Microsoft Silverlight from your computer then try watching a video again. Go here for step-by-step instructions:
