Error message 3050, 571, 572 ; "video cannot be played at this time"

Error message 3050, 571, 572 ; "video cannot be played at this time"

Videos play on xfinity site for a few minute then we get random error messages.

 

We have:

logged out and in

closed and reopened safari

restarted the computer

uninstalled and reinstalled silverlight

uninstalled and reinstalled adobe flash player

cleared our history

cleared the cache/deleted cookies

had technicians from xfinity "refresh our system?"

waited on xfinity to call us back since saturday

 

After all this we still get error messages.
