Error getTvGridChunk.500

Why can I not get the TV Listing online on my PC?  I am using https://tv.xfinity.com/ on my PC and when clicking on "Live TV" "All Listings: I get the following error:

 

Unable to Find Listings

There was a problem retrieving the TV Listings. Apologies for any inconvenience.

(Error getTvGridChunk.500)

I have always streamed TV on my PC without issues until recently.  Sometimes it works and sometimes I get the error above.

Hi treas777! We recently had a national service interruption that was causing this error for several customers. It should now be resolved. Can you please verify if you are still getting that error?

I get this message every hour and half hour on live tv. Very annoying!

XFINITY® TV is not available at the moment. Please try back soon.

(Error xacsa.provision.500: General server fault)

Over and over  with no connection ever

Please advise and fix
