Error for Showtime shows

Hello,

I've been getting this error message (Error 900|3322.10002), when trying to watch any Showtime series on Xfinity website. I have uninstalled and reinstalled software. I shut off my security and it started to play for a couple seconds and then gave me the same error again. I tried multiple browsers, as wel as clearing the cookies and caches. Need help in fixing this. Here is the computer information;

Can you try using Google Chrome or Safari web browser and then try again? This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Re: Error for Showtime shows

I had the same problem with Mad Men and could only get it to work with Google Chrome on Mac OS X.
