Error code 525/6007

Error code 525/6007

I have 2 windows 7 64 bit laptop computers using Chrome browsers.  On one computer I receive Pac 12 videos without any problems.  On the second computer, which is my primary computer, I first received error code 634.  I uninstalled Silverlight and now I receive Error code 525/6007after the playback message has run. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Silverlight and Flash multiple times and cleared the cookies and cache, but the error code always comes up on this computer.

I have reviewed all of the posts on this problem which are from Fall 2012 and none of the suggestions work, which are all variations of Silverlight and Flash installation.

What is the solution?

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer on the computer that is giving you this error message and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
