I am sorry for any inconvenience this issue has caused you. I see that you have spoken with a Representative regarding this issue. Are you still experiencing the issue with your App?

I am experiencing the same issue. Did you ever find resolution? Also, the mobile app shows inappropriate channel line up, even in my home... Wondering if that is the root cause?
