can you post less information please?

 

9000/9001 errors are typically the result of PC configuration or Local (on machine) Firewall settings blocking the Access Client from getting out on the internet.They are lumped into the 9000 bucket due to our code not being able to determine the specific nature of the configuration (e.g. Kapersky Internet Suite is blocking).

We will be making changes to our authorization model this summer that will alleviate a lot of these problems. In the meantime, look at your firewall, malware blockers, or router settings to see if they are getting in the way of Comcast Access and the internet.
