Error 900|3329.412

Once again, error codes attempting to play Xfinity streaming videos.  I have received Error Code 4102; message that I have exceeded my 3 max streaming devices; received the HBO intro and nothing else; and now Error Code 900|3329.412.  All within the past 30 minutes.  This is becoming more and more frequent and we do pay a premium for this cable service.
