Error 900|101000.101002.101005

Hi,

 

Every time I try watching The Good Wife online, Xfinity TV says to refersh my browser and that it has hit error 900|101000.101002.101005. Everywhere I look there is no solution for this. I called and received a person who could barely speak English and was no help. How do I fix it?
