Error 8007 -Videos stop playing

I see numerous postings about this problem with one response mid thread that it has been resolved. Hasn't been resolved for me. Happening on both iphone and laptop computer

I am having the same issue. I always have an issue while trying to watch a show online. I can never watch a complete movie without having to refresh 20 times. It's very frustrating. Im ready to switch carriers.
