Error 8002

Hello,

I was watching a tv show on my computer when the screen went black and it said the show could not be viewed with error 8002. Then it said that I have more than 3 devices on my account. How do I remove a device or fix this problem?

Thanks

Re: Error 8002

I just hit the refresh button on my video that said I had too many devices, I didn't remove any so try just refreshing. Its working, but I'm not sure how long it will last.

In the future, if you get an error message that tells you that you have more than three devices on your account, please do the following:

  1. Go here
  2. Click the remove link next to all of your authorized devices
  3. Try watching the video again.

By starting the video, the machine you are using will become an authorized device.

Thanks,
Joe
