(Error 6007) On Movie "Twins"

Hi--Trying to watch "Twins" and I keep getting the following message; it starts play back and then suddenly skips to this screen.

 

This video cannot be played.

Sorry, this video is currently unavailable. (Error 6007)

Please check back soon.

What can I do to resolve this?

This issue is resolved. The movie is now playing correctly.

Hello,

Try typing in error 6007 in the search box on the top of the page next to the word board and try some of the solution other comcast customer have and see if it works.

Also check to see if your flash and silverlight is up to date.
