Error 6003

Getting error 6003.  I have unistalled and reinstalled silver light. No luck.  Attempting to playback any on demand movie or tv series results in same error.  Has been working until this week. Not sure what has changed.  Any suggestions beside unistall silverlight again?

After loading the page to watch a video, right click the screen, then click Silverlight Preferences. On the Playback tab ensure that the “Enable download...” option is selected.

On the Application Storage tab, click Delete all to clear any cached files.

Now please try again and let me know the results.

Thanks,
Joe

I tried firefox and ie9 32bit.

This video cannot be played.

We notice you do not have DRM support enabled for Microsoft Silverlight (Error 6003).

For instructions on how to fix your problem click below.
