Cannot play Rizolli and Isles episode on my laptop.

An Error 6003 message is usually when Silverlight is unable to individualize due to an installation failure.

 

Try completely uninstalling Silverlight and then try playing the video again. When you do, you will be prompted to install Silverlight again. Follow the on-screen instructions and let me know the results.
