Error 6003

Error 6003

Can't get XFinityTV to work.   Keep getting error:

 

This video cannot be played.

We notice you do not have DRM support enabled for Microsoft Silverlight (Error 6003).

 

Have the DRM support enabled.  Deleted config file as directed.  Reloaded MS Silverlight.  Tried on IE and Chrome...

 

Windows 7 Ultimate...

Try completely removing Silverlight and then try downloading it again and see if the video works. Go here for step-by-step instructions:
