Error 6003

Error 6003

I am getting an Error Code 6003 when trying to watch video.  I have reinstalled Silverlight.  Same problem, "We notice you do not have DRAM support enabled for Microsoft Silverlight."  Clicking on Playback tab (per instruction) and checking Enable download and Updates which will supposedly "Automatically install DRM components" does not solve the problem.  Never had this problem before today.
