Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Ok. Here is another one. I downloaded Firefox and tried it from Firefox. I get the same message. See if this works. The only thing I can think of if you guys can not fix it is I am going off of my works Wireless internet. It could be that and i could try it at home later tonight to see if I get the same error. It could be a block on the website. However, I can watch other videos from the main page of Xfinity TV page. It brings it up fine. When I got into the streampix is where I get this error which is weird. I get it for the main videos and main pages but not streampix. Let me know what else I can try.

Do you have HBO, Cinemax, or any other premium channels? If so, have you tried them?

It could be a work firewall but I want to make sure that we rule out all other possibilities first.

Joe

Re: Error 6002

I do not have any preimum channels such as HBO, Starz, etc. I only have the economy package for tv plus streampix. If I am under watch now dashboard it allows me to watch example "Royal Pains" If i go into my queue and try to access Greek from Streampix it gives me that error.

Royals Pains uses the Flash Player and Streampix uses Silverlight.

Completely uninstall Silverlight from your computer. Then download and install Silverlight from the link below:

Windows users

Follow all the on-screen instructions and then try playing videos again. Let me know the results.

Re: Error 6002

I uninstalled silverlight and used the one provided. I restarted the computer and still no success at getting the tv show through streampix. I am still receiving the same error. More suggestions?

Try at home and see if it works. It may be your work blocking you from watching videos.
