Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

 

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.

I'm getting the same error:

Follow the instructions under Enabling Microsoft Silverlight DRM Support and Repairing your Microsoft Silverlight DRM Hardware Configuration  and then please try to watch a video again:

Thanks so much for your help. The short answer is yes and no. It didn't work, however after I removed the files you told me to, and then reinstalled, and it didn't work I did some research on Microsofts website and found out that it just plain doesn't work in Google's Chrome. They did say that their plug-in did work in Safari and Firefox. What a simple solution. After I reinstalled, opened up Safari and it works! Yeah.
