Error 6000

I have been trying to watch a show on XFINITY for days, but each time it says, "This video cannot be played. Sorry this video is currently unavailable. (Error 6000) Please check back soon."

I have tried on both Safari and Firefox, same message on both.

What else can I try?

Thanks!

Re: Error 6000

These are the specific URL's/shows I am trying to watch, but I have tried others and it is basically all premium network shows (ie. HBO, Showtime, etc.)  Network TV shows are fine.....
