I'm using Google chrome and everything in the steps to solve 5xx problems gets resolved automatically by Google chrome but I even tried to do it manually and nothing has worked. Help?

I figured out that i'm only getting an error message on the last epsiode of banshee but if I attemp to watch any other episode of banshee it plays normally.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Also, please send the URLs of the all the videos that you are trying to watch.
