 Am trying to watch video but am getting the error 573, i try the troubleshoot method and it still does not work. Can someone help?

Since most of these problems have been posted hundreds of times over and over again and some have already been resolved have you search the forum and tried various solutions if any? To save time comcast techs will always ask you the standard question for any video problems like
