Error 570 - already tried every suggestion I could weed out of the forums

I'm trying to watch Doctor Who episodes online. (A must since they're not available onDemand on the tv!!!) I watched one episode clear through with not playback issues. When I go to watch this episode: http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/watch/Doctor-Who/4876326581887402112/2277152529/Dinosaurs-on-a-Spaceshi... I get this message:


This video cannot be played.

We've experienced a playback error. (Error 570|570)

I have cleared everything off my browser. Tried another browser as well. I am not making any progress. What does "Error 570" mean? Am I only allowed to stream so much per day? If so, I've never encountered that before.

Okay, so "Dinosaurs on a Spaceship" finally played. But now the 3rd episode in the series is giving me the same issues. I mean what's the point of immediately queuing up the next episode if I'm going to get the same message and be forced to wait 30-45 minutes in between each one?!
