Trying to watch videos really sucks, more often than not I get error 560 messages. What is the problem

Hello,

to save you lots of time first It would be helpful if you search the forums before posting various topics. Many of these problems have been already been posted and most of them have solutions if not then post back with a detail explanation of the problem you are having. From your description given it is not helpful at all.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
