Error 556 for many things on Xfinity TV

Not sure why but a good number of shows and movies on Xfinity TV just plain don't work.  Movies like "Werewith Eleven" and "Highlander" come up with error codes.  The 1982 version of "The Thing" with Kurt Russell is actually the WRONG link to the original 1950s version of the film!  TV shows like "Go On", "So You Think You Can Dance" and "Grimm" all come up with "Error 556" codes.  That's just to name a few.

I don't know if it's something I'm doing or it's something actually wrong with the website.  I saw in the forum that a technician "fixed" the 556 issue for another customers, so I'm going to assume the issue is actually with the website.  Is anyone able to provide a little help?

Our team is working on fixing the issue with The Thing now. Thank you for alerting us about this issue.

As for Error 556, it seems your Flash Player may be corrupted. Please completely uninstall it from your computer and then download and install it again and then try a video.

Let me know the results.

Thanks,
Joe
