Hello,

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe flash player numerous times. What else do I need to do?

Using Windows 7

Thank you!

Are you using Sandboxie software? If so, please close it and then try watching a video again.

What is "sandboxie software"?

Go to their website to learn more:

http://www.sandboxie.com/

I asked because sometimes Sandboxie can block videos from playing, usually causing a Error 525/6205 error.

Re: Error 525/6205 with more than 1 title

I searched for this software on my computer and came up with nothing. Nothing under running programs. What else could be the problem?

Thanks

Try clearing your Silverlight Temp files:

  1. Close all open browsers
  2. Click Start
  3. Select Computer.
  4. Open the C: drive (it may also be Local Disk)
  5. Open the Users Folder.
  6. Open the folder that matches your username (it will not be "Administrator" or "Default User").
  7. Open the AppData folder. (If you do not see the AppData folder, you will need to enable hidden files and folders.)
  8. Open the LocalLow folder.
  9. Open the Microsoft folder.
  10. Open the Silverlight folder.
  11. Delete the IS folder.

Now try playing a video again and let me know the results.

Thanks,
Joe

Go here for directions on how to show hidden files and then look for the folder again.

Try the steps again and see if Master and Commander works. If so, then try another movie that did not work.

If it keeps playing only one video then stop working, it will help us narrow down this issue.

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.
