Error 525/6002

Error 525/6002

I have attempted the suggested fixes on the support page for one of my computers, and both of my computers still are unable to watch SOME of the videos from the series i am watching.

 

I saw a thread about 525/6007 without any mod responces on page 1 or 4, found here:

However, I did not see a thread for error 525/6002, hence the posting of this error.

 

please fix soon.

Hello,

Here are somethings you can try:

1. Check to see if it is available on demand if it is you could just watch it.

2. Try updating silverlight and adobe flash and clear your browser cookies and cache and restart your computer.

If all that fails then it is probable a problem on comcast side.

I am getting this same error when attempting to watch Alien 3.  I have tried it using 3 different browsers on two different computers and I always get this:

 

Sorry, this video is currently unavailable. (Error 525|6002)

Please check back soon.

 

I uninstalled/reinstalled Silverlight and Flash Player.  It didn't help.

 

Sometimes it starts to play the HBO intro vid and then fails, but sometimes it just dumps straight to this message.

I'm getting this when I try to watch any episode of scrubs : /.  For about 2 days it worked then this error suddenly started popping up every time I tried to watch it.

I tested a few episodes of Scrubs from each season and saw no issues with any of the videos. What specific episodes are you trying to watch?
