I am trying to get CNN streaming.  I am abroad but fully connected to the internet.  I got this error message. What should I do?

Online programming through Comcast is not available outside the US.

Try deleting your cookies and cache and please try again. If you are still having issues, please try using a different browser and see if it works.

I have done the cookie thing. I have done the other browser thing. I have gone through the online help ticket thing. NOTHING has changed. This is for all premium channel shows, movies, etc.

You are using a very oold version of Silverlight.

 

Completely uninstall Silverlight from your computer. Then download and install Silverlight from the link below:

 

Windows users 

 

Follow all the on-screen instructions and then try playing videos again. Let me know the results.

It is most likely that your computer is having issues downloading certain files at the start of playback. This can be caused by a firewall or proxy.

 

Please check your firewall settings and make sure that you are allowing XFINITYTV.com and XFINITY.com to pass through your firewall.

I've done that. STill same problem. And then also I disabled it. Then I posted it here and my message was deleted.

 

I've done all these things and still not working. For months!
