Error 525|2104

I am unable to watch various premium content movies, e.g. John Carter of Mars.  Instead, I get the following message:

This video cannot be played.

We have detected a problem with your Microsoft Silverlight installation  (Error 525|2104). To fix this problem please uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Silverlight.

I have reinstalled Microsoft Silverlight, as well as Adobe, but I still get the same message.

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Re: Error 525|2104

I am getting the same error message, 525 2104.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled silverlight 14 times. I am on a Mac Os X 10.6.8. I have deleted cookies, cache, and history. I have tried on both firefox and safari and every time I get the same error message.
