Error 513

Hello, I am having trouble viewing videos despite following advice to uninstall Adobe Flashplayer and reinstall the latest version. The odd thin is I think the problem is limited to videos powered by Hulu. Other videos work fine. Anyone have any suggestions for what I can do?
