Error 5062

Every time I got to watch something it now tells me "this video cannot be played" then is says "this program is currently unavailable" then "5062"

 

what gives? I expect this service I pay for to work when I go to use it.

Where are you seeing this error?  Are you using one of the apps on a mobile device?
