Error 500 - Internal Server Error


Error 500 - Internal Server Error

All I get with Xfinity TV is internal server error when trying to watch it on the computer. Multiple speed tests confirm I have plenty of speed for it, but what's up with their servers? I pretty much just gave up on a lot of their online stuff and apps because of time outs and crashes.

Have same problems  here. Call many times, they nant get it right. I beleive they cant handle it and they are leading customers on.

I just replied to a different post about the same issue.  You can read what I wrote to that person here.


I too am experiencing the same problem, but I noticed it occurs in the evenings.  I think the whole neighborhood starts streaming recordings and live TV on their PC's, phones and tablets and it brings the whole network to a standstill.


What time of the day are you guys noticing the Error 500 problem?
