Error 400

I cannot watch Dexter online, error 400. I was watch the series on demand and it ends at season 4 and stars again on season 6. I want to watch season 5, I see its available but it won't let me watch it??

If a video is not playing, please go to our Help page and make sure that your computer meets the minimum requirements and that you have tried all the troubleshooting steps that our on this page:

If you have followed all the steps on this page and videos are still not working for you, please provide the following information:

 

- go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread

-a link to the video you are trying to watch

-Even though this video is not working, are any other videos working?

Yes, other videos work, but not Dexter. So that tells me that my computer meets the requirements. Is something wrong with the Dexter series?

Try uninstalling then reinstalling Silverlight and then try again. Go here for step-by-step instructions:

If it is still not working, make sure that xfinitytv.com and all other Xfinity sites are being allowed to pass through your firewall.
