Error 400 for Premium Content

Hi there,

Specifically, I was trying to watch this video:

http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv/Spartacus:-Vengeance/172105/2182971491/Ep-202---A-Place-In-This-Worl...

Here is my configuration:

My Zip Code: 19067 My Cable Provider: Comcast Levittown Digital My myDVR Manager Status: Not Installed My Set Top Box Names: Not Installed My Queue setup: False Facebook Queue Syncing: false Facebook Connect: False My public IP address: 74.68.128.88 My operating system: Windows - undefined My web browser: Firefox 10 - Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:10.0.2) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0.2 My system type: Desktop computer or other device My Move player version: Not Installed My Silverlight version: 5.0.61118.0 My flash version: 10.3 r183 Javascript: enabled Cookies: enabled I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps - cleared out cookies/cache, reinstalled Silverlight, etc. I've also tried this on multiple browsers (IE8 and Firefox) and get the same error.  I should note that this does not happen with national or entitled content - only premium. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.  Thanks! -- PG

Re: Error 400 for Premium Content

I am getting the same Error 400 when trying to watch Spartacus. It worked fine last week - now it's not.

I called support and they didn't know why this was happened and said they'd put in a ticket with the engineers. They're supposed to call me back within 2 days. Ugghhhh
