Error 310 with WatchESPN

Error 310 with WatchESPN

Trying to watch ESPN online remotely (not at home) with Comcast login. Getting Error 310: There was an error loading this program on all live and replay content. FoxSoccer2Go, another Flash-based app, is working fine. I've tried all the sugggestions found in these forums (clean Flash install, clear cache, reboot, etc) with no luck.  What is Error 310? Is this problem a Comcast issue?

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
