Error 3001--Mad Men (S5/E11)

After 20 minutes I keep getting this error.....what is this? Why am I getting it? How can I fix this?

"This video cannot be played. Sorry this video is currently unavailable. (Erroro 3001). Please check back soon".

This is not the first time I've seen this video while watching Mad Men.

Please let me know too.   I have uninstalled and reinstalled Silverlight twice according to instructions but it does not rresolve the problem.  Also, portions of the video will have frequent short pauses - I don't know if it's part of the same problem.

A new version of Silverlight will be available for download after today that will fix this issue. All users except for Mac/Chrome will be automatically prompted to upgrade.
