Error 2105 - Silverlight

Whenever I try to watch something online with Xfinity I get a message that says:

"This Video cannot be played.

We have detected a problem with your Microsoft Silverlight installation (Error 2105). To fix this problem please uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Silverlight."

Well... I uninstalled and reinstalled the newest version and I still get the message. :/

Re: Error 2105 - Silverlight

Hello,

Give this a try:

Completely uninstall Microsoft Silverlight from your computer and then try watching a video again. Now, you will be prompted to install Silverlight. Follow the on-screen instructions and then see if videos start working.

Same problem, although I usually get 5 or 10 minutes in before it says it can't be played.  Uninstalled and reinstalled both through Comcast and directly through Microsoft, at least twice each.

Any other suggestions?

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.

Thanks,
