Error 12012 - what is the solution?

New install - TV works but iPad / iPhone / Web app not working.


Tech who came to install spent 2+ hrs on the phone with no resolution.


Comcast - what is your recommendation?


PS. It took 14 phone calls to get install today (3rd attempt). One of the WORST customers service I have EVER experienced.

What is it you are trying to do on the iPad, iPhone and Web?  Which app are you talking about?


What did you have installed? X1? Little more info might help.
