Error 100.500-stream with X1 xtv.comcast.net

Error 100.500-stream with X1 xtv.comcast.net

Getting this error listed above. Live TV and On Demand seems to be ok but no access to DVR. The mobile app worked a few days ago but I am unable to test as it is out for repair. Tried using IE and CHROME but the same error occurs no matter what show I pick from the DVR.  Suggestions?

Did that happen on wifi in the home? Did you turn off wifi on the phone and see if you can access the app via cell data?

Wifi and Data on Phone and wired with PC. No luck on any of the 10 recorded shows.

I think I would call 800-comcast and select billing and ask them to go over all the settings on your account. The x1 equipment and the smartphone and lap/desktop are independent and are all having the same issues.
