Equipment box that has failed. Power light off/ does not work

I have a model DCI1011COM Cable box that does not work, what do I have to do to replace it? Will my account be credited for the equipment that does not work?

Take the bad cable-box and remote to your nearest service center if convenient. They will replace them N/C.

 

Otherwise call the Comcast 800 number found on your monthly bill, or Comcast site on internet, for help in getting bad box replaced.
