ERROR false

What the heck does this mean, it has been doing this all day.  Why is there an error false every time I try to watch a show and why have you Comcast not responded to the previous posts under the same title.  Fix this now!!!

Re: ERROR false

I've not seen this error before, can you send me the URL of the videos you were trying to watch when you got this error? and if possible, can you post a screenshot of the error?

Also, can you send me the info from this page about your computer?
