ERROR MESSAGES CHOPPY VIDEO

I pay over $100 (for introductory package) with Comcast. This will significantly rise after the promotional period ends. I have full wifi reception, and yet i receive Error 900|8-16 messages an average of 5 times when watching tv online with xfinity. Video is choppy. Now I have to spend my evening registering for and leaving a message on some support forum because I dont have any true choices in terms of actual caring customer support or actually even who I can choose as an internet/tv provider in the first place. I went down and got a "new" modem (after waiting in line on a Tuesday, of course, at the one of only a couple locations in a dense city). Problem remains. Right now Comcast profits off of local monopolies and quiets customers with wretched customer service. This practice is unsustainable, and it will catch up with the company. If any other customer sees this chime in.

We are aware of the increase of this issue and are working with Adobe to improve video playback.

 

In the meantime, please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.

I am experiencing the same issue with playback. Everything was fine up until about 2 months ago. Playback is very choppy now. I have tried this at home, at work, and on the road (hotel WiFi) and the results are the same.
However, the commercials stream just fine, without any lag, breakup or choppiness....go figure.
Anyhow, any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
