Please review the trouble shooting tips below:

Try clearing your cookies, cache and temporary files.

 

Try deleting silverlight and reinstall it again.

 

Be sure you have the latest flash version

 

Is this happen on only a couple of on demand shows if so which ones?

 

Have you tried other browsers?
