ERROR::106000.35

Error: 106000.35 We're sorry, but this content is not playable on this device.  this error comes up when I try to play a downloaded movie/tv show from the Xfinity TV GO app on my Galaxy Note 4. I have played shows on this device before but now cannot. I have no restrictions on my phone/data or programs that I know of. Please advise as there is no place that I can find that discusses this error.

Same here: " this content on Xfinity TV is not available for viewing with Chrome’s "Incognito" mode. To play this video using Chrome, please view this page without "Incognito" mode enabled."

I have tried the above and also re-installed Chrome.  Same message.  If I go to Hulu or Fox I do not have this problem.  It seems to be an xfinity problem.  This is occuring on my desktop PC.
