Dvr recordings not showing on dvr, but show on app

I am having the opposite problems of most people. My x1 tv app shows all of my recordings fine, but a ton of them are not showing on my actual tv dvr. And my app says it's about 100% full, but continues to add the new recordings, whereas the tv dvr only says it's about 75% full, but won't add numerous new recordings.

Maybe you should start by deleting some shows.  If something is 100% full, it's kind of hard to add much more.  If after cleaning up the DVR and the Cloud, you are still having troubles recording, then maybe a call to Comcast would be in order.

 

Not sure where the Cloud DVR is storing new shows if you say it is at 100%.
