Dvr app

The dvr app on my iphone says my dvr is 100% full when it is only 1% full and it will not record anything i try to record from my phone i have to do
It from my remote i tried everything and it still does not work

Probably the same situation as me.  Out of curiosity where do you live?  I ultimately found out that it's not available in my area yet (SWFL), despite the fact that the "MY DVR" thing is a feature that shows up on my Comcast portal.

that is correct it does not work everywhere, mostly the motorola market.  If your boxes are recognized by the app try logging in and out of the app, make sure your zip is set correct.

No it is not where i live because the app works fine with the other dvr in my house and now my dvr keeps turning off randomly

What is the name of the DVR that is not being recognized by the app?

No it recognizes it but it just says its full when its not and will not let me set up a recording from the app and the name of
